and family FEYEN in Atton and Martincourt

Grandfather BAUDOT choosing trade brings wealth. His union with Catherine FEYEN, daughter of the tax collector of ATTON and niece of the notary make him a person of note. From that time the family has been rooted firmly on PONT-A-MOUSSON and has taken an active part in the life of the city. Just read press of these years to be convinced.

Four children will be born from this union. The boy, Charles Emile, dies in low age at his grandfather's. Marie Justine Pauline, the elder girl, marries the inspector of "Eaux & Forêts", Mr. ADRIAN. Their daughter Marie Camille Henriette ADRIAN will marry Dr. ROHMER, senior registrar ophthalmologist and professor de Louis Camille in faculty.  Since her widowhood, Catherine FEYEN, forsaking the Meuse as well as the villages of Atton and Martincourt, came to settle in Pont-à-Mousson in a property recently acquired by family FEYEN. Mrs BAUDOT, widow & rentière, thus lives downtown, with her three daughters and a Prussian servant . In 1870, she lodges the abbot François Nicolas FEYEN, her old uncle (76 years), brother of Laurent,(the tax collector, her late father) and of Sebastien, notary, her other uncle. Because of the war, her domesticity is now from Luxembourg.
