Quelques publications de Frédéric J. TESSIER sur la réaction de Maillard , Docteur de l'Institut National Agronomique de Paris-Grignon (INA-PG) depuis 1997.
Expériences Professionnelles :
Au sein du laboratoire de chimie analytique de l'INA-PG, il a principalement porté sa recherche sur l'étude de la réaction de Maillard, de la vitamine C et du vieillissement.
Après quatre années passées dans cet institut, Frédéric Tessier a accepté divers postes aux États-Unis dont un post-doctorat à l'Institut de Pathologie de Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH), et un poste de scientifique dans le département de chimie et d'ingénierie chimique à la California Institute of Technology (Pasadena, CA).
Après avoir également participé à des projets de recherche dans deux sociétés pharmaceutiques (Guerbet, France et Roche-Palo Alto, USA), Frédéric Tessier a rejoint l'Institut polytechnique LaSalle Beauvais en 2003.
Sa recherche actuelle est axée sur la réaction de Maillard, la nutrition humaine et la santé.
